Job summary

TWA, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a capable Logistics/Dispatch Planner to organize fuel and lubes deliveries. You will coordinate with fleets and terminals, update schedules, and ensure efficient distribution according to approved orders.

The role requires a BS Engineering/Management related degree, strong planning skills, and honesty with readiness to extend hours and cover multiple areas as needed.

• Experience in dispatching/logistics.

• Outstanding planning and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan fuel deliveries.
• Update delivery schedule.
• Prepare manual ATL for approved orders.
• Provide delivery schedule.
• Plan lubes delivery.
• Coordinate with Fleet Transport and terminal for status and location of tank truck and loading in the terminal.
• Coordinate concerns on delivery.
• Update reports for productivity and efficiency monitoring daily to Fleet Planning Supervisor.
• Analyze incidents of run-outs, diversions, and backloads and propose corrective actions.
• Escalate concerns regarding disruptions on supply or others that may impact fleet requirements and deliveries.
• Manage and monitor inventory of lubes in company and supplier warehouses.

• Planning of Fuel Deliveries:


• Updates Delivery Schedule


• Prepares Manual ATL for approved orders


• Provides Delivery Schedule


• Planning of Lubes Delivery


• Coordinates with Fleet Transport and terminal for status and location of tank truck and loading in the terminal.


• Coordinate concerns on delivery


• Updates reports for productivity and efficiency monitoring and submission to Fleet Planning Supervisor on a daily basis.
