Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize daily delivery routing to ensure 100% Sales Order inclusion, efficient route clustering, optimal load factor, fleet utilization, and timely route deployment through the Zyllem platform
• Manage third-party fleet allocation and deployment by securing truck capacity and on-time availability
• Maintain QFS standards, enforce GMP, implement corrective actions, and monitor 3PL performance against SLAs
• Monitor delivery execution and reverse logistics, manage delivery exceptions, coordinate returns, and minimize shrinkage
• Coordinate with plants, sales, warehouses, logistics teams, and transport partners, ensuring timely and accurate operational reporting

Job Summary: Responsible for the end-to-end execution of daily delivery routing, third-party fleet allocation, and delivery monitoring. This role ensures 100% order inclusion, optimal load and fleet utilization, strict adherence to Quality & Food Safety (QFS) standards, and seamless coordination among plants, sales, warehouses, and external transport partners to achieve cost-effective and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize daily delivery routing to ensure 100% Sales Order inclusion, efficient route clustering, optimal load factor, fleet utilization, and timely route deployment through the Zyllem platform
• Manage third-party fleet allocation and deployment by securing the required truck capacity, ensuring on-time truck availability, and addressing operational constraints to support cost-effective and on-time deliveries
• Maintain Quality & Food Safety (QFS) and service compliance through regular fleet audits, enforcement of GMP and QFS standards, implementation of corrective actions, and monitoring of 3PL performance against established SLAs
• Monitor delivery execution and reverse logistics activities by managing delivery exceptions, coordinating product returns, ensuring POD validation and liquidation, and minimizing shrinkage and service disruptions
• Coordinate with key stakeholders and drive operational reporting by serving as the primary liaison among plants, sales, warehouses, logistics teams, and transport partners, while ensuring timely and accurate operational reporting

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of route planning, fleet management, and TMS is an advantage
