Finvivir Lending Philippines Corporation is seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator to manage and maintain our regional fleet. You will coordinate vehicle inspections, dispatch, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep the fleet safe and ready for operations.
The role requires strong Excel data skills, knowledge of vehicle insurance and fleet administration, and meticulous documentation. You will work six days a week and can start immediately, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain regional fleet vehicles, including vehicle inspections, dispatch, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs.
Coordinate vehicle incidents, accident investigations, insurance claims, and follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution.
Monitor and process legal and administrative vehicle requirements, including registrations, permits, fines, renewals, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate repair and maintenance schedules with service providers and ensure vehicles remain in safe and operational condition.
Prepare, analyze, and submit fleet-related reports, maintenance records, vehicle utilization reports, and cost-monitoring reports.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle expenses, insurance policies, repairs, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Additional Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, report preparation, and record management.
Knowledgeable in vehicle insurance processes, repair and maintenance management, and fleet administration.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Willing to work six (6) days per week.
Can start immediately.
Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and commitment to work schedules.
Absenteeism and habitual attendance issues are not tolerated.
Must have a valid driver's license and can drive a car (required)
