• Coordinates vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Responds to transport-related concerns and operational issues.
• Monitors fuel consumption and vehicle utilization.
• Prepares and submits daily, weekly, or monthly transport reports.
• Investigates vehicle incidents and submits the necessary reports.
• Works with other departments to ensure efficient transport operations.
• Conducts briefings and provides guidance to drivers to improve safety and service quality.
• Ensures all transport documents and vehicle records are complete and up to date.
