Safari Rent-A-Car, Inc. seeks a detail‑oriented coordinator to support fleet operations and driver supervision.

You will communicate clearly with drivers, monitor on‑time arrivals, and provide end‑users with exact pickup locations. Responsibilities include managing driver checklists, handling RFID and Gas Fleet cards, releasing bookings on time, receiving vehicle kits, and recording all bookings in the system.

Formación

• Must be computer literate.
• Must be punctual and goal oriented.
• Highly organized, analytical, results-oriented and have keen on details.
• Must have strong and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Can drive manual or automatic transmission vehicle and can operate motorcycle is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Good communicator and capable of giving clear instructions to the driver.
• Monitor drivers to ensure that drivers arrive on time to the designated pick-up point. Will provide the right information to the end-user/passenger regarding the exact location of the rented vehicle and will also inform or update the end-user if there are issues arises
• Responsible for and management of the driver's checklist. Ensure all needed information is filled up
• Responsible in the handling of RFID card and Gas Fleet card release and retrieval from drivers or end-users
• Responsible for releasing on time of bookings and giving proper instruction and monitoring to drivers
• Responsible to receive vehicle kit and checking of documents of incoming drivers after the trip
• Review current fleet allocation and analyzed sales and marketing projections
• Ensure to record all booking transactions in file maker. All needed information/entry must be completed (all fields in System should be accurately filled including remarks)
• Check actual vehicle information such as Gas level and mileage before entry in SIS
• Support Safari integrated System encoding as needed
