Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and relationship building.
• Ability to communicate repairs and maintenance requirements clearly.
• Strong record-keeping and data entry skills (FileMaker preferred).

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance appointments and create repair/work orders.
