Axis Meg Petroleum Corporation is seeking a Fleet Operations Officer in the Philippines to oversee the day-to-day operation, safety, maintenance, and efficiency of the company’s vehicle fleet. The role includes monitoring utilization, fuel consumption, and costs, and ensuring compliance with regulations across all vehicles.

The position involves coordinating drivers and porters, scheduling maintenance, preparing fleet performance reports, and liaising with dealers, insurers, and fuel suppliers

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of company vehicles and assigned drivers
• Monitor vehicle utilization, mileage, fuel consumption, and operating costs
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and servicing
• Coordinate driver and porter schedules, assignments, routes, and dispatching
• Ensure vehicles comply with applicable transportation, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel cards, fuel records, toll expenses, and parking
• Coordinate vehicle deployment for deliveries, field operations, and other business requirements
• Maintain records for vehicle registration, insurance, permits, maintenance, and inspections
• Prepare regular fleet performance reports and track key performance indicators
• Coordinate with vehicle dealers, repair shops, insurance providers, and fuel suppliers
• Ensure drivers and porters have valid licenses and required documents
• Monitor adherence to company driving and vehicle-use policies
• Investigate accidents, incidents, traffic violations, and vehicle-related complaints
