Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic oversight and operational management of corporate vehicle fleets and employee travel programs across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement fleet strategies aligned with sustainability goals, electrification initiatives, and cost optimization targets.
- Negotiate and manage global or regional contracts with airlines, hotels, travel management companies (TMCs), and fleet maintenance providers.
- Oversee fleet operating budgets, fuel programs, leasing lifecycles, and insurance coverage to ensure financial and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and travel spend metrics to identify savings opportunities and maximize operational uptime.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in Procurement, Finance, and Security to align mobility services with business needs.
- Ensure traveler experience and duty-of-care standards through effective crisis response and traveler tracking.
Qualifications – Non-negotiables:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in fleet, travel, mobility, facilities, procurement, or operations management.
- Proven experience managing large or multi-site fleets and complex corporate travel programs.
- Strong background in contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, insurance standards, and risk management.
Preferred Skills/Expertise:
- Experience within the BPO or Managed Services industry.
- Direct exposure to sustainability programs or Electric Vehicle (EV) transitions.
- Background in regional or global operations management.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution and financial acumen.
