• Monitor fleet performance and costs, and identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Address fleet issues and coordinate quick and effective solutions.
• Coach and develop team members while driving continuous improvement in fleet operations.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our team in Cebu. This is a full-time supervisory role that will oversee fleet operations across assigned areas and support our nationwide operations. You will lead the fleet team, ensure vehicles are available, safe, well-maintained, and compliant, and work closely with suppliers and service providers to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the fleet team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure vehicle availability, safety, and reliability across assigned areas.
• Monitor vehicle condition, utilization, downtime, and maintenance needs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and coordinate with repair shops and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with registration, insurance, permits, and safety requirements.
• Monitor fleet performance and costs, and identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Address fleet issues and coordinate quick and effective solutions.
• Coach and develop team members while driving continuous improvement in fleet operations.

What we're looking for

Has at least a Bachelor’s degree in:

• Mechanical / Industrial Engineering (preferred), or any Engineering/Transportation/Logistics or Business related courses
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in fleet management or a related operations management role
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance procedures, vehicle mechanics, and transportation regulations\
• Experience in staff supervision and team management within a logistics or transport environment
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with drivers, maintenance teams, and senior management
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in fleet operations
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing operational challenges
• Willing to do 50% or more field work nationwide
• Preferred: Experience in the food manufacturing or logistics industry would be advantageous
• Preferred: Knowledge of Philippine transport regulations and local compliance requirements
