We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Lead to manage end-to-end travel and logistics support for the organization. This role owns airline and hotel booking management, travel authority processing, and visa coordination across multiple geographic locations, ensuring employees and stakeholders travel smoothly, compliantly, and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with a working knowledge of international travel requirements and vendor management.
Support the delivery of key operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance requirements.
Drive accountability across stakeholders by tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely execution of agreed actions.
Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to coordinate priorities, support decision-making, and maintain operational alignment.
Monitor operational performance, identify risks and bottlenecks, and recommend practical solutions that enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Working knowledge of airline and hotel booking systems/platforms and corporate travel policies.
