Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course (Bachelor’s Degree).
• Computer literate.
• Keen attention to details and accuracy on information.

• Strong coordination skills with proven follow-through.
• English language knowledge appropriate to the rank.

Responsibilities

• Works with crewing teams across various offices for timely fulfilment of flag state requirements for all assigned seafarers.
• Checks the validity of seafarer’s Flag State Documents and monitors status to meet joining schedule.
• Share required documents for flag state applications when requested by crewing operations.
• Coordinates technical matters and flag state requirements with authorities, departments and teams to avoid delays.
• Maintains and updates all related databases and files.
• Attends requests from the crewing department and performs related duties as assigned.
