Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, Customs Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in crewing coordination, documentation processing, or liaison work.
• Understanding of international and domestic maritime regulations (MLC 2006, STCW).
• High attention to detail, strong communication, and willingness to perform extensive field work.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: processing and securing legal clearances, contracts, and permits with maritime and labor bodies.
• Fieldwork & transaction management: traveling to government offices, embassies, and pier zones to submit, verify, and retrieve documents.
