Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Fixed Assets and Supplies (FAS) Assistant to support inventory monitoring, processing supply orders, and scheduling deliveries to ensure the company maintains adequate materials and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in logistics, supply chain, or business administration.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and internal controls.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Assist the FAS Supervisor with department tasks and reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance, Admin and other departments for supplier payments and documentation.
• Support transparent procurement processes.
• Communicate and plan with requesting staff on orders and deliveries.
• Ensure timely delivery of supplies, services, and equipment.
• Maintain ethical relationships with suppliers.
• Keep supplier information up to date and monitor local market conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by FAS Supervisor or Manager.
