The role involves monitoring stock levels, data entry, and supporting operations across the distribution network. Ideal candidates are graduates in a 4-year business course with strong analytical and math skills, proficiency in MS PowerPoint, and willingness to travel or work shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Applications and MS PowerPoint.
• Analytical thinker with strong mathematical skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and weekly reports (e.g., shrinkage, high-value items).
• Monitor IMS History and conduct settlements.
• Perform and monitor DC partial adjustments.
• Witness Zone O sampling and monitor goods in transit.
• Conduct inventory analysis on problematic SKUs and perform physical counts.
• Handle administrative tasks (filing, documentation).
• Attend to store robbery incidents as needed.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor.
