Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 0–6 months of experience in supply chain or logistics roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to prepare detailed reports.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation.
• Proficient in using spreadsheets, databases, and supply chain management systems.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and stock analysis.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service level reports for all suppliers, tracking performance and delivery efficiency.
• Create Out of Stock (OOS) reports and provide updates for merchandising.
• Draft and prepare POs for posting on the portal.
• Update display file master settings for new items in the Distribution Control System (DCS).
• Review emails for updates and issues from suppliers, merchandising, and internal teams.
• Prepare investigation letters for PO deletions, extensions, or incorrect GRNs.
• Conduct stock analysis for expired POs and advise acceptance or rejection by Supply Chain.
