Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Staffing) is seeking a Finance Manager, Fixed Assets on a 1-year contract to lead the accounting, management, and reporting of fixed assets, while driving process improvements. You will oversee reconciliations, year-end activities, audit support, and partner with stakeholders to implement technology-enabled solutions and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in financial accounting, fixed assets accounting, or financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial controls.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to drive process improvements and implement technology-enabled solutions.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting and management of fixed assets, ensuring accurate recording, tracking, and reporting.
• Oversee fixed asset reconciliations, year-end closing activities, audit support, and asset confirmations.
• Provide advisory support on fixed asset policies, accounting treatment, and operational requirements.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance efficiency.
• Champion digitalisation and AI-driven initiatives to streamline workflows and data quality.
• Review and enhance documentation, guidelines, and SOPs for governance and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals.
