Job summary

Henkel Philippines is seeking a General Accounting Analyst focused on Fixed Assets to ensure accurate financial records and timely month-end close. You will maintain fixed asset processes and deliver reliable reporting in a collaborative accounting team led by a Team Lead.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, 3+ years in General Accounting or Auditing (SSC experience preferred), and strong Excel and SAP skills. This role offers growth and exposure to audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required; CPA licensure is highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in General Accounting, Auditing or related finance areas; SSC/ multinational background preferred.
• Knowledge of intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP and pivot tables) and SAP are required; Macros and VBA are an advantage.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Results-oriented, deadline-driven, proactive with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly Fixed Assets tasks in line with SLA and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit reports required for financial processes.
• Support internal and external audits with timely schedules.
• Contribute to team objectives and drive process improvements.
