Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in fixed asset accounting or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of depreciation methods and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the fixed asset register.
• Calculate and record depreciation.
• Conduct regular physical asset counts.
• Ensure proper tagging and tracking of assets.
• Coordinate asset audits and support internal/external audit requirements.
• Monitor capital expenditures.
• Develop and implement asset management policies.
• Prepare reports related to asset valuation and movement.
