A leading BPO company in Manila is looking for a Fixed Asset Manager to oversee the tracking, management, and reporting of fixed assets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include maintaining asset records, calculating depreciation, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This full-time position offers on-site work and requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in asset management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in fixed asset accounting or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of depreciation methods and accounting principles.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update the fixed asset register.
• Calculate and record depreciation.
• Conduct regular physical asset counts.
• Ensure proper tagging and tracking of assets.
• Coordinate asset audits and support internal/external audit requirements.
• Monitor capital expenditures.
• Develop and implement asset management policies.
• Prepare reports related to asset valuation and movement.
