Job summary

Transcom Worldwide (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a dedicated Trainer at our Pasig site. The Trainer will equip new hires and tenured staff with skills, knowledge, and compliance standards to deliver top-tier customer experiences in a regulated industry.

The role involves facilitating programs, coaching learners, and partnering with Operations and Quality to close performance gaps while updating materials to reflect regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of training experience in the BPO industry is required.
• Strong understanding of financial compliance, data privacy, and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire training programs focused on product knowledge, customer service, and policies.
• Deliver upskilling and refresher sessions to align with evolving FinTech policies.
• Assess learner progress using tests, role-plays, and live monitoring with coaching.
