Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1–2 years in training or learning and development, with training design and facilitation.
• Strong logical thinking, fast learner of operations, and formal training methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; willingness to share knowledge.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Able to work onsite and align training with business hours.
• Experience in financial services or fintech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for assigned units, including onboarding and ongoing skills development.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions related to operations, products, systems, policies, and processes.
• Support development and roll-out of learning courses based on market research and frontline practices.
• Identify performance gaps and implement effective solutions to improve performance.
• Complete training-related tasks such as research, translation, and ad hoc projects.
