The role involves facilitating programs, coaching learners, and partnering with Operations and Quality to close performance gaps while updating materials to reflect regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of training experience in the BPO industry is required.
• Strong understanding of financial compliance, data privacy, and security standards.

The Trainer will be responsible for equipping new hires and tenured employees with the skills, knowledge, and compliance standards required to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a highly regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire training programs focused on product knowledge, customer service skills, financial regulations, and system navigation.
• Deliver upskilling, cross-training, and refresher sessions to ensure agents stay aligned with evolving FinTech policies and processes.
• Assess learner progress through tests, role-plays, and live monitoring, providing coaching and feedback to ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Client teams to identify performance gaps and develop targeted training interventions.
• Create and update training materials, knowledge bases, and job aids in alignment with client requirements and regulatory changes.
• Track, document, and report on training effectiveness using metrics and feedback analysis.
• Promote a learning culture by engaging and motivating employees through interactive and practical learning methods.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years of training experience in the BPO industry; FinTech or Financial Services account exposure strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of financial compliance, data privacy, and security standards
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and skill levels
• Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.
