Job summary

Finastra is seeking a Technical Engineer to act as the primary interface between Finastra clients and the Universal Banking Customer Support organization. You will manage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues, providing technical guidance to consultants while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, the role requires strong technical skills, English communication, and willingness to work on holidays or shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering or electronics/communications engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in technical or application support within enterprise software/fintech.
• Experience with C/C++ is required; knowledge of SQL/Java/C# is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical guidance to functional consultants when required.
• May participate in validation testing for product enhancements.
