Job summary

Finastra in Manila is seeking a Technical Engineer to be the primary interface between our clients and the Universal Banking Customer Support team. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide technical guidance while collaborating with cross-functional groups.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT, at least 2 years in technical or application support for enterprise software, strong C/C++ skills, and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 2+ years in technical/customer support within enterprise software or fintech environments.
• Experience with C/C++ is required.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Java, and/or C# is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Analytical abilities, attention to detail, and customer focus.
• Ability to work independently and with a customer-facing team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and help them utilize the product effectively.
• Understand issues technically and replicate scenarios in Finastra environments.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide adequate solutions or detailed analyses.
