Job summary

GoTyme Bank Corporation seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner (Project Hire) to lead end-to-end recruitment for our growth teams. You will partner with hiring managers, define role profiles, source top talent across channels, and ensure a smooth, candidate-centric interview process.

You will build pipelines for current and future roles, maintain ATS records, and support employer branding initiatives. Experience in fintech or banking is preferred, with strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, behavioral science, or related field.
• 3–5 years in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably in banking/fintech.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and handling multiple roles.
• Familiarity with ATS and startup/high-growth environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate sourcing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines.
• Own end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across various channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate structured decisions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and support employer branding initiatives.
