Job summary

GoTyme Bank Corporation is seeking an energetic associate to own the strategy and day-to-day execution for Bills Payment, Buy Load, and Loyalty, serving hundreds of thousands of monthly users. You will operate at the intersection of product, commercial, and data, guiding onboarding, go-lives, and customer communications to maximize impact.

The candidate will translate usage metrics into launch plans, manage cross-functional launches with Tech, Ops, Finance, CS, Marketing, and Risk, and own

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in strategy, product, or commercial roles in fintech, banking, or consumer tech.
• Comfortable interpreting metrics and translating them into launch plans.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across tech, ops, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the biller catalog roadmap and onboarding end-to-end with partners.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for biller aggregators and manage escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional go-live with Tech, Payment Ops, Finance, CS, Marketing, QA, Risk.
• Translate usage data into a user communication strategy (CLM, in-app nudges).
• Own RCSA and compliance documentation for the bills vertical.
• Own VAS commercial performance and Go Rewards integration strategy.
• Develop CLM campaigns to drive repeat purchases.
• Own the Go Rewards proposition for Shop use cases.
• Identify and manage external partnerships to strengthen loyalty.
• Coordinate partnership governance — promo mechanics, regulatory review.
