Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle from role intake to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct resume reviews, screenings, and interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth hiring process for stakeholders.
• Provide interview briefings and debriefings to support structured decisions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Deliver timely candidate communications and uphold a strong employer brand.
• Maintain compliant records in the ATS and improve TA workflows.
