Job summary

PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing and Business Development professional to support the National Sales team by expanding the client base and driving growth through marketing initiatives and partner activation.

The role focuses on executing campaigns, market scanning, evaluating potential clients, preparing proposals, and coordinating meetings to win new business and promote products and services to partners and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in sales, marketing, or business development in Fintech/Payments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market data.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute marketing campaigns to drive client acquisition.
• Conduct market scanning to identify target clients and opportunities.
• Assess potential clients’ eligibility and financial capacity.
• Prepare business proposals for review and approval.
• Coordinate logistics for client meetings, presentations, and sales activities.
• Support product presentations and client negotiations.
• Track campaign performance to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Maintain contracts and partner profiles.
• Liaise between partners and internal teams for onboarding.
• Support training and orientation of partners.
• Promote new products and enhancements to partners and clients.
• Prepare reports on market segments and campaign effectiveness.
