Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management or related fintech/tech roles.
• Experience writing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and conducting business or impact analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and execute product roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans.
• Gather, document, and analyze business, operational, and regulatory requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Design to ensure delivery matches requirements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Education
