Job summary

Eight Under Par (Pawnshop Operator), Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Sales & Marketing professional to drive loan client acquisition and nurture referrals from Palawan Pawnshop branches.

You will input and track client data, conduct credit checks, and coordinate with the Credit Department to evaluate loan packages; cross-selling opportunities are encouraged to grow the book of business.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience in lending or financial services.
• Solid understanding of lending products and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with sales drive.

Responsibilities

• Solicits potential quality loan clients and presents product features.
• Handles referrals from Palawan Pawnshop branches and sets calls/appointments.
• Inputs client information into the system for pipeline monitoring.
• Conducts initial credit investigations to determine eligibility.
• Collects documents for credit evaluation and appraisal.
• Prepares Loan Recommendation Memo for loan package evaluation.
• Cross-sells Palawan Pawnshop Group products and services.
• Prepares monthly sales plans with area mapping and prospective client lists.
