Job summary

• Relevant working experience in the Philippines banking, fintech and payments landscape.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, sales and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand fiat payment offerings for users in the Philippines and beyond by integrating with payment providers and banks.
• Productize our payments solution (ewallet, tokenized payments, crypto-to-fiat) for external partners.
• Work with Engineering and Design to optimize user journeys in the payments flow and the backend order processing, settlement and reconciliation.
• Own related operational metrics like payment conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to scale the business while maintaining efficiency.
• Interface with external clients to answer API integration questions and troubleshooting.
