Eight Under Par (Pawnshop Operator), Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst in Metro Manila to transform transactional and behavioral data from PalawanPay into actionable insights that drive business growth and product development.

You will analyze data, build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report to stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Operations. The role emphasizes data cleaning, storytelling, and presenting insights through Power BI, Tableau, and other tools, with a focus on user activity,

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related role.
Experience in fintech, e-wallets, financial services, or digital platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Analyze PalawanPay transaction data to identify customer behavior, usage patterns, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports to monitor key business metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to support data-driven initiatives and strategic projects.
Validate, clean, and transform data to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
Prepare recurring reports and conduct ad hoc analysis on customer segments, product usage, and business performance.
Develop visualizations and present insights through Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
Monitor trends and key performance indicators such as user activity, transaction volume, retention, and monetization.
