Job summary

PayMongo is hiring a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of merchant-focused products. You’ll uncover problems, shape strategy, and partner with Design and Engineering to launch solutions that drive real value while balancing customer needs, commercial opportunities, and regulatory considerations.

You’ll work with Risk & Compliance, Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure products are commercially sound, compliant, and viable at scale.

• Own and continuously evolve the product roadmap for your area.
• Identify opportunities that create meaningful value for merchants and PayMongo.
• Develop product strategies and business models aligned with PayMongo’s objectives.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, commercial potential, risk, and feasibility.
• Translate opportunities into clear product requirements and PRDs.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship aligned product increments.
• Define measurable success metrics and monitor post-launch performance.
