We’re hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing fintech company building powerful financial tools that help businesses scale and thrive. Founded in 2019, the company is backed by some of Silicon Valley’s most prominent investors, including Y Combinator, Peter Thiel, Founders Fund, and Stripe.
They’re now looking for a talented Product Manager with the passion, grit, and ownership mindset to build impactful products and help shape the future of payments. You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of products and features from uncovering merchant problems and identifying opportunities, to shaping product strategy, partnering with Design and Engineering, launching solutions, and continuously improving them based on data and customer feedback.
Responsibilities
- Shape strategy and roadmap: Own and evolve the roadmap for your product area. Prioritize by customer impact, commercial potential, risk, effort, and feasibility, and make clear trade-offs when you can’t do everything.
- Discover problems worth solving: Partner with Product Design and customers to uncover merchant pain points. Validate problems, test assumptions, and use prototypes and experiments before committing engineering resources.
- Define clear outcomes: Turn opportunities into strong PRDs with measurable success metrics and KPIs, and align stakeholders before development begins.
- Build with Design and Engineering: Join sprint planning and rituals, clarify requirements, resolve competing priorities, and keep product intent aligned with what gets built, influencing through context and evidence rather than authority.
- Navigate fintech, risk, and regulation: Work with Risk & Compliance, Finance, and Legal to make sure products are commercially sound, operationally viable, and compliant before launch.
- Take products to market: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on launch narratives, onboarding, and adoption.
- Measure and improve: Track activation, adoption, retention, and revenue impact. Use data and customer feedback to decide what to improve, expand, or stop.
