Job summary

PayMongo Inc. is seeking a Product Adoption and Growth Specialist to expand value from existing merchants by driving adoption, usage, retention, and cross-sell opportunities across the current merchant base.

You will design data-driven campaigns, own campaigns end-to-end, and collaborate with Marketing, Merchant Success, Account Management, Product, and Growth Operations to turn engagement into measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in growth marketing, merchant or customer marketing, lifecycle or retention marketing, CRM marketing, or a related role.
• Ability to independently design, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns from business case through post-campaign analysis.
• Experience using customer or merchant segmentation to create targeted campaigns.
• Comfort working with product usage, transaction data to identify opportunities and measure results.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute merchant growth campaigns to increase adoption and usage.
• Segment the merchant base by industry, tenure, product usage, transaction volume, and adoption gaps.
• Own campaigns end-to-end—from concept to measurement and optimization.
• Maintain a pipeline of adoption campaigns with clear targets and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Merchant Success, Account Management, Growth Operations to identify opportunities and tailor campaigns.
• Develop campaign offers and incentives to drive incremental merchant behavior.
• Measure ROI and optimize campaigns based on data.
