Job summary

Paynamics is seeking a Product Manager who will define the strategy, roadmap and feature definitions for key SaaS/Fintech products. This role bridges business, technology and customer needs from conception to launch and beyond.

The Product Manager drives product innovation, aligns with business objectives, and coordinates with Product Head, CTO and development teams to ensure timely delivery and market success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS or Fintech product management.
• 3+ years Scrum or Kanban experience.
• PSPO I or CSPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for key SaaS/Fintech products.
• Prioritize features with input from stakeholders and users.
• Serve as SME for owned products and coordinate with teams.
• Conceptualize solutions with Product Owner to meet stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate development with Product Head, CTO and tech teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitor insights to refine strategy.
• Incorporate user feedback to enhance offerings and satisfaction.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure timely delivery.
