The candidate will translate business requirements into tangible features, participate in sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery while upholding security and compliance

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS or fintech product management.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and feature prioritization.
• User-centric design mindset and ability to translate user needs into features.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to evolving market demands.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to conceptualize solutions and feature sets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Tech, Product, CTO) for implementation.
• Participate in sprint planning, ensuring the dev team understands priorities and scope.
• Analyze user feedback and translate it into product improvements.
• Oversee timelines and track feature performance and delivery.
• Uphold quality and compliance standards as part of our Information Security Management System.
