Job summary

GCash is hiring a Product Experience Designer to shape meaningful and intuitive digital experiences across its financial and lifestyle products. You will collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, business goals, and opportunities, then translate them into effective design solutions.

You will drive the product journey from problem definition to implementation, using data and customer feedback to continuously improve live products and business

Qualifications

• Strong experience in UX/UI, interaction design, prototyping, information architecture, and mobile product design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to understand customer problems, business objectives, and KPIs, and translate these into meaningful product experiences.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and high-fidelity UI.
• Create intuitive experiences across GCash’s financial and lifestyle products.
• Develop experience solutions that help improve adoption, conversion, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and transaction frequency.
• Use customer research, behavioral analytics, funnel performance, and market insights to identify pain points and opportunities.
