Job summary

GCash in the Philippines is seeking a Product Experience Designer to shape intuitive digital experiences across financial and lifestyle products. You will partner with product managers, engineering, analytics, and marketing to translate customer needs into practical designs.

You will design end-to-end journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and UI, using research and data to drive adoption, engagement, and business outcomes. Fintech experience is a plus, and a strong customer focus is required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in UX/UI, interaction design, prototyping, information architecture, and mobile product design.
• Experience designing end-to-end digital product experiences, from understanding customer problems to implementation and optimization.
• Strong understanding of how customer experience can impact business metrics such as adoption, conversion, engagement, retention, and transaction frequency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to understand customer needs, business goals, and KPIs, and translate these into intuitive product experiences.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and high-fidelity UI.
• Create digital experiences across GCash’s financial and lifestyle products that are easy, useful, and consistent for customers.
• Develop experience solutions that help improve adoption, conversion, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and transaction frequency.
• Use customer research, behavioral data, funnel performance, and market insights to identify opportunities and inform design decisions.
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements when developing design solutions.
• Apply GCash’s experience architecture, design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable patterns to ensure a consistent experience across products.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and other stakeholders throughout the product development process, from problem definition to implementation.
• Review post-launch customer behavior and product performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Help shape product decisions by bringing a strong customer and experience perspective to cross-functional discussions.
