Job summary

GCash, a leading Philippine fintech, seeks a Product Experience Designer to shape simple, intuitive digital experiences across financial and lifestyle products. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and other teams to translate customer needs and business goals into thoughtful product experiences.

From researching problems to designing live experiences, you’ll use data and design expertise to drive adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in UX/UI, interaction design, prototyping, information architecture, and mobile product design.
• Experience designing end-to-end digital product experiences and implementing design across platforms.
• Ability to use customer research, behavioral insights, and product analytics to inform decisions.
• Strong systems-thinking skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven impact on adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to understand customer needs, business goals, and KPIs, and translate into intuitive product experiences.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and high-fidelity UI.
• Create consistent digital experiences across GCash's financial and lifestyle products.
• Develop solutions that improve adoption, conversion, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and transaction frequency.
• Use research, funnel data, and market insights to identify opportunities and inform design decisions.
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements when developing solutions.
• Apply GCash’s design system, UI guidelines, and reusable patterns for consistency.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and other stakeholders through development.
• Review post-launch behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Influence product decisions with a customer- and experience-focused perspective.
