Job summary

GCash is seeking a Product Manager for International Transfers to own the product lifecycle from planning to launch and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Regulatory, and other teams to build simple, secure, and user-friendly cross-border transfer solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years in product management within fintech or digital products, experience with Agile/Scrum, and a strong customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience in fintech or digital products.
• Experience owning a product from concept to launch and improvement.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of software and APIs; coding not required.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Understanding of UX/UI and customer-centric product development.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Collaborative team player with ownership mindset.
• Experience in remittances/cross-border fintech is a plus.
• Scrum.org PSPO/PSM certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for International Transfers, from concept to launch and ongoing improvement.
• Drive improvements across features, operations, marketing, and controls for better customer experience.
• Act as Product Owner for an Agile squad with engineers and UX designers.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog based on customer needs and data.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory and others to ensure timely delivery.
• Use data and market trends to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.
• Partner with Regulatory to ensure product security and risk requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive product adoption and growth.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve metrics.
• Stay updated on cross-border payments trends to shape strategy.
• Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders as needed.
