Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as Food and Beverage Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of all aspects of Food and Beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Good moral character, responsible and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Run the operation and supervise staff according to hotel policies and standards.
• Prepare monthly schedules; ensure duties and responsibilities are covered.
• Resolve guest complaints quickly to avoid further issues.
• Ensure service stations are staffed and equipped with glassware, cutlery, linen, condiments, and related supplies.
• Provide fast, efficient, friendly service to all guests.
