Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a support or system admin role involving financial systems (NetSuite, Coupa).
• Hands-on experience managing tickets in Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite and Coupa, with the ability to troubleshoot and perform light configurations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for support requests related to financial systems.
• Manage a high volume of tickets using Zendesk, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Support onboarding of new users to financial systems, including user provisioning and training.
