Job summary

CloudPay is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our financial software, including NetSuite and ERP platforms. You will support end-users, control access, and document configurations to ensure data integrity and compliant processes.

The role requires 3+ years in a related field and strong analytical and communication skills. The position follows a hybrid arrangement with 4x return-to-office days per month in Makati, and a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or a related field.
• Proficiency with financial software applications (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Financials, Workday).
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Systems Administration or ERP administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain financial software systems (NetSuite, ERP, accounting platforms).
• Provide end-user support and training on financial systems.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions with internal controls.
• Develop and maintain system documentation including guides and training materials.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment with minimal disruption.
• Perform data reconciliations and audits across financial systems.
• Generate custom reports/dashboards for financial analysis.
