Job summary

CloudPay is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our financial software stack, including NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Financials, and Workday. You will ensure data integrity, security, and smooth operation of financial processes in a hybrid work model with four days of on-site presence per month in Makati.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field and at least 3 years in a similar ERP admin role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years in Financial Systems Administrator / ERP Administrator role.
• Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with financial software: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Financials, Workday Financials.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain financial software systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Provide end-user training and resolve system issues promptly.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions in financial systems per internal controls.
