Job summary

CloudPay is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our financial software stack, including NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Financials, and Workday. You will ensure data integrity, security, and smooth operation of financial processes in a hybrid work model with four days of on-site presence per month in Makati.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field and at least 3 years in a similar ERP admin role.

CloudPay is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our financial software applications and related systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our financial processes. Main Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain financial software systems (e.g., ERP (Netsuite), accounting platforms, expense management tools), ensuring data integrity and system security. Provide technical support and training to end-users on financial systems, troubleshooting issues and resolving user queries promptly. Manage user access, roles, and permissions within financial systems, ensuring compliance with internal controls and security policies.

Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Perform regular data reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial systems.

Generate custom reports and dashboards from financial systems to support financial analysis and decision-making. Assist in the development and enforcement of financial system policies and procedures. This role follows hybrid working arrangement with 4x RTO/month in Makati.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 3PM to 12MN. Experience Needed

For This Role Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proficiency with financial software applications (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Financials, Workday Financials). Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable. Proven experience (3+ years) in a Financial Systems Administrator, ERP Administrator, or similar role.

Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements. Experience with system implementation, configuration, and user support. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and integration platforms is a plus. About You
