Job summary

CloudPay Asia is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our financial software applications and related systems. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial processes and data integrity.

The position is hybrid with 4x RTO per month in Makati, and requires 3+ years of ERP/financial systems experience, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as Financial Systems/ERP Administrator or similar role.
• Proficiency with financial software applications (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Financials, Workday).
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.
• Experience with system implementation, configuration, and user support.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain financial software systems (ERP, accounting platforms, expense tools).
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on financial systems.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions ensuring security and controls.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and process guides.
• Participate in system upgrades and deployment of new features or patches.
• Perform data reconciliations and audits across financial systems.
• Generate custom reports and dashboards to support financial analysis.
• Assist in development and enforcement of financial system policies and procedures.
