CloudPay Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our financial software ecosystem, including NetSuite and related systems.

You will ensure data integrity, configure access controls, and partner with finance and IT to implement improvements, while maintaining strong documentation and end-user training. The role offers a hybrid setup in Makati with standard business hours and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field.
• Proficiency with financial software applications (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Financials, Workday).
• NetSuite experience highly desirable.
• 3+ years in Financial Systems Administrator/ERP Administrator role.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.
• Experience with system implementation, configuration and user support.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills."
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools and integration platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain financial software systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Financials, Workday).
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on financial systems.
• Manage user access, roles and permissions.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and guides.
• Participate in system upgrades and deployments of new features.
• Perform data reconciliations and audits across financial systems.
• Generate custom reports and dashboards for financial analysis.
• Assist in developing and enforcing financial system policies.
