This role sits within the core accounting operations layer and focuses on maintaining accurate financial records in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment. It is well suited for someone with a strong foundation in accounting principles who can apply judgment in classifying and recording transactions—not just perform data entry.

- Support accounts receivable workflows, including client statements, collections follow-ups, and dispute tracking
- Code daily bank and credit card transactions across multiple entities
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and properly supported
Prepaids & Recurring Entries
- Identify prepaid expenses and maintain amortization schedules
- Prepare monthly amortization entries
- Support recurring accounting processes
Master Data & Record Maintenance
- Set up and maintain vendor records (W-9 details, payment terms, tax status, entity/currency alignment)
- Support customer record accuracy and completeness
- Maintain clean and consistent data across systems
Reporting & Operational Support
- Run standard reports (financial statements, AP/AR aging, saved searches) as requested
- Support ad hoc data requests from the Controller or finance team
Documentation & File Management
- Organize and maintain supporting documentation (vendor bills, receipts, etc.) in shared systems
- Ensure records are audit-ready and easy to reference
Multi-Entity Bookkeeping Support
- Assist with bookkeeping across multiple entities using NetSuite OneWorld as the primary platform
- Provide additional support in QuickBooks Online for affiliated entities, where applicable
- Support reconciliation processes and ensure alignment between system balances and source data

- 1–2 years of experience in a professional accounting role
