Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an Application Support Analyst to bridge technical infrastructure and business operations for our global finance clients. You will handle incident management, troubleshooting, and client component installs to ensure high availability of critical applications.

The role requires 3 years in application support or 2 years in data management with SQL, plus experience with Oracle Fusion/EBS, JIRA, and Confluence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in technology or CS; 3 years in Application Support or 2 years in Data Management with SQL
Solid SQL extraction/manipulation skills; strong MS Excel pivot/tables
Experience with infrastructure teams and MS tech stack (Dot Net is mentioned)

Responsibilities

Administer and resolve complex support requests via Service Desk with SLAs
Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues to senior teams or vendors
Oversee installation of client components and resolve hardware/software conflicts
Assist in identifying performance and latency issues with data-driven insights
Participate in testing and release processes for new apps and upgrades
Contribute to documentation, knowledge base articles and guides
Bridge communication between business users, infra teams, and vendors
Develop inside-out knowledge of business applications across divisions
