Qualifications

• 5+ years as Applications Analyst in IT.
• Solid background with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Hands-on experience with Financials, Procurement and Projects modules.
• Experience across financial services, manufacturing, distributions or BPO.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis, scope discovery, and work estimation.
• Develop project scopes/objectives with stakeholders; ensure feasibility.
• Create detailed project plans and track progress.
• Apply verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools.
• Report status to management and escalate as needed.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships; coordinate with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain project documentation (BRDs, status reports).
• Keep up-to-date with state-of-the-art practices and professional networks.
